ChunavTech (we, our, us) provides tools for elected representatives and their staff to manage constituency and local-body workflows.
Data we collect
- Account & contact details name, mobile number, email.
- Authentication data OTP verification, device identifiers.
- Usage & device info app events, crash logs, IP, OS, model.
- Optional inputs constituent/voter records, booth/ward mappings, notes, uploads.
- Messaging metadata WhatsApp/SMS template names, delivery receipts, timestamps, message IDs from integrated providers.
How we use data
- Create and secure your account; verify login; prevent fraud/abuse.
- Provide core features (CRM, workflows, analytics, exports).
- Send transactional communications (OTP, alerts) and permitted service updates.
- Comply with applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., TRAI/DLT/WhatsApp).
- Monitor performance, fix bugs, and improve user experience.
We do not sell personal data.
WhatsApp/SMS & DLT compliance
Where messaging features are enabled, we use registered sender IDs and templates as required by Indian telecom regulations. You are responsible for collecting and storing recipient consent where needed (opt-in source and timestamp). We process message templates, delivery receipts, and related metadata solely to operate the service.

- Consent for optional features or marketing where required.
- Legal obligations telecom, taxation, and platform compliance.
Data retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Backups and logs are kept for limited periods. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to legal/operational limits.

Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Security
We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Childrens data
Our service is not intended for children under 13 (or the age defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect such data.
International transfers
Depending on your location and our infrastructure/providers, your data may be processed in other countries. We apply appropriate safeguards where required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means.
